I act as the hands-on systems implementer and growth orchestrator. During the first 3–6 months, I perform rigorous audits of people, processes, and systems, identify operational risks, and develop a tailored implementation plan. Once stabilised, I hand off to the management team while maintaining oversight and stepping in as needed to ensure EBITDA improvements and compliance.

I base all decisions strictly on financial discipline and factual data, coupled with thorough scenario planning and contingency measures. If something doesn’t feel right, I audit deeper until clarity is achieved. Transparent, regular reporting ensures investors stay informed and aligned with risk management strategies.

What is your track record of value creation in acquired businesses?

While I’m building my acquisition track record, I have significant entrepreneurial success: founding and growing 13 businesses, including DNA Anodising (from $0 to ~$800K revenue and $4M in contracts). My 8+ years navigating defence and government audits provide proven expertise in compliance and operational excellence that translate directly to value creation and EBITDA growth.

Yes. I source deals targeted to investor criteria, typically taking a negotiated percentage of the deal value as compensation. My approach ranges from identifying and handing off deals to negotiating terms before transitioning operations to appropriate teams.
